Why does the app request to disable battery optimization for it?
The app monitors the user's mood at certain intervals with "How are you?" notification in the status bar. If battery optimization for the app is not disabled, alerts might not appear at all, or if they do, you may not be able to record the mood by tapping directly on the notification.
Do not worry about increased battery consumption.
